What we store, and what we refuse to collect.

Workspace data (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, ICP, feedback) stays in the data directory you configure. SaaS tenants are isolated by workspace.

Connector credentials are used only to call the official API of that provider. We do not scrape LinkedIn or buy unauthorized profile dumps.

If you use Pravadh AI, prompts include workspace context you already stored. If you bring your own LLM, prompts go to the endpoint you named.
