Data, three ways
They already pay Apollo or Hunter
Paste the licensed key. We never spend Pravadh's Apollo/Hunter pool. CRM stays theirs either way.
Keep their contract. Lookups hit their credits. On Pro they get $80/mo off so they are not billed twice for the same data.
They only have a free or trial key
Free-tier caps fail mid-campaign. Pro includes 8,000 Apollo and 4,000 Hunter lookups. They can leave the free account behind.
Do not run production on 25–50 free searches. Move them to Pro included data. A free key is not a paid contract — no $80 credit.
They have no Apollo or Hunter at all
No key to paste. On Pro we use Pravadh's licensed keys. Hybrid is available later if they buy their own contract.
They should not be sent to sign up for another vendor. Pro is the all-in price. Starter/Growth still work on CRM + CSV.
