FAQ

Every answer here is something you can go verify in the demo workspace — not marketing copy we hope holds up.

Product

What is Pravadh SI, and who is it for?+
Pravadh SI is a targeting and outreach layer for sales teams that already run a CRM. It scores and explains which accounts and contacts to work today, finds new ones through Finder when your pipeline runs dry, and sends outreach across email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice, and LinkedIn — tracked back to the CRM automatically. See the full breakdown on the product page.
How is this different from Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator?+
Those are data sources. Apollo and Hunter are built into Pravadh SI as connectors on Pro and Enterprise, so you don’t choose between them — you get both. Pravadh sits above the data: it scores, explains, and recommends who to contact and why, then routes outreach and writes qualified leads back to your CRM. We do not scrape LinkedIn on any plan. Full comparison on the compare page.
What is Finder, and how does the AI search work?+
Finder turns a plain-English description — like “Salesforce implementation partners in Singapore and Malaysia” — into a live Apollo search filtered by industry, geography, company size, and any of 11 seniority levels. Results can be added to your pipeline in one click. If a very specific multi-word phrase returns few results, try a shorter phrasing — Finder matches on keywords and tags, not full natural-language search, and the on-page suggestions are tuned to phrasings that tend to work well.
What outreach channels are supported?+
Email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice (logged call tasks), and LinkedIn touches — five channels in total. SMS, WhatsApp, and voice send for real through your own Twilio connection. Sequences track opens, clicks, and replies automatically, and stop the moment someone replies.
How does explainable scoring work?+
Every account and contact score ships with a breakdown, not a lone number — the factors behind quality and ICP fit are visible, and Today's briefing pairs each recommendation with a written why and a suggested next action.

Data & connectors

What CRMs do you support, and is it two-way sync?+
Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and Pipedrive, each through the vendor's official API. Pravadh SI stays the system for scoring and the analyst briefing; qualified leads write back to your CRM as accounts, contacts, and opportunities when your governance rules say they're ready.
Do you scrape LinkedIn?+
No. Unauthorized LinkedIn collection is not a feature on any plan. If a licensed connector supplies a LinkedIn URL, we show it — we don't scrape the platform ourselves.
Can I bring my own AI model?+
Yes. Pravadh SI supports 9 AI providers — Pravadh's own hosted model, NVIDIA, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, Gemini, any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, and a fully customer-hosted model. Bring your own key, or run self-hosted so data never has to leave your infrastructure.
What if I don't have a CRM yet?+
Start from Apollo and Hunter, both included on Pro and Enterprise. Finder sources companies and people directly, and you can convert qualified results straight into Pravadh SI's own pipeline without connecting a CRM at all.

Pricing & plans

How does pricing work?+
Four tiers — Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise — all run the same product: the same Today queue, Finder, sequences, and CRM writeback. Pro and Enterprise include both Apollo and Hunter in the fee; Starter and Growth bring their own keys. Full rates and what’s included at each tier are on the pricing page.
Is there a cheaper price if I already pay for Apollo or Hunter separately?+
Yes — Pro has a lower rate if you already hold those vendor subscriptions, since you won't need the lookups bundled into the full price. The pricing page shows both numbers side by side.

Security & deployment

Where does our data live?+
Workspace data is the tenant boundary, and provider keys stay in your workspace or environment variables — we never need your LinkedIn password, for example. Pro and Enterprise can run the published image on your own servers with a customer-owned data volume. Details on the security page.
Can we self-host or white-label it?+
Yes. Pro and Enterprise can run the compiled app on any server with Node 22 or Docker — AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean, Windows Server, or on-prem. You receive a release build, never the source, and your license stays tied to your own environment variables. Full steps on the deploy page.
